• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with PM tools like Asana or Monday.com.

• Coordinate and manage multiple research projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, resources, and risk tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and provide transparent status updates.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and data management systems.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and HIPAA considerations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and document decisions.
• Support onboarding of research team members and external collaborators.
