Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, research, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of research protocols and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience budgeting and cost monitoring; stakeholder relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders, providing transparent status updates.
• Monitor progress using analytics and identify risks or delays; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including protocols, minutes, and compliance records.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures for financial accountability.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and HIPAA guidelines adherence in research activities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items and decisions.
• Onboard and coordinate research team members and external collaborators.
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for project information.
