• One year experience training and writing QI/Performance Improvement principles.
• One year experience supervising.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• One year of service at the Department of Health (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate employees; hire, transfer, suspend, promote, or discipline as needed.
• Develop performance expectations and conduct regular reviews.
• Oversee Quality Improvement/Assurance, facilities, health education and client services.
• Prepare budgets and monitor contracts for compliance with financial plans.
• Provide training and ensure staff attendance at required programs.
• Produce compliance reports and maintain records for the DOH-Hernando.
