As clinical leader, you will partner with physicians, families, and the care team to provide exceptional resident care and drive quality initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Senior living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee resident health and wellness programs with the Director.
• Conduct move-in, quarterly, and significant change assessments.
• Monitor medication administration and MAR accuracy.
• Train and mentor medication technicians.
• Review pharmacy consultant reports and follow up on recommendations.
• Investigate medication errors and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits related to medication administration and regulatory compliance.
• Support infection control procedures and health initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality assurance and service planning.
• Maintain compliance with Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.
