Job Summary
This is a managerial position responsible for the efficient and effective administration of all aspects of the health care services 24hrs daily, 7days a week. This position is responsible for the clinical, financial, administrative, information technology and human resources systems. The HSA promotes the highest quality of patient care through application of fair and equitable policies and procedures in collaboration with other health services team members and correctional staff. Duties are operationally directed with an emphasis on appropriate resource utilization and performance standards as established by NCCHC, ACA and other accrediting agencies.
