CorrectHealth seeks a CQI Coordinator (LPN) in Gretna, LA to drive continuous improvement within its correctional healthcare services.

You will develop CQI audit tools, analyze data, and support staff education while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, on-site environment. A valid LPN license and strong analytical abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds and maintains licensure as an LPN in the state of employment.
• Corrections experience preferred. 3–5 years of admin/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills required.
• Strong computer skills including office software and internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop CQI audit tools consistent with CorrectHealth policies and correctional guidelines.

Job Summary

Possess the ability to develop CQI audit tools consistent with CorrectHealth Policy & Procedures and established correctional guidelines/ standards. Provides strong analytical, decision-making skills to support continuous improvement and identifies and resolves key risk issues. Facilitates CQI related educational activities for healthcare staff. Have good organizational and positive communication skills.
