Job Summary
Possess the ability to develop CQI audit tools consistent with CorrectHealth Policy & Procedures and established correctional guidelines/ standards. Provides strong analytical, decision-making skills to support continuous improvement and identifies and resolves key risk issues. Facilitates CQI related educational activities for healthcare staff. Have good organizational and positive communication skills.
