OrthoAlaska LLC is seeking a Health Services Coordinator for Primary Care Associates in Alaska. The role focuses on accurate data entry in EHR, invoicing customers, and collaborating with the billing team to identify issues.

You will ensure smooth workflow, use accounting software for aged accounts, and support patient financial tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting. The position requires excellent communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with care

Responsibilities

  • Input payment information or other financial data into customer accounts in EHR.
  • Generate invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to customers.
  • Work with the OrthoAlaska billing department to identify and correct billing errors.
  • Maintain workflow and organization.
  • Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts and coordinate payments.

Primary Care Associates seeks a highly skilled, dedicated, and professional Health Services Coordinator to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (in addition to required) qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in billing, business, or related field OR
  • Two (2) years of experience in occupational health or customer service
