Job summary

Primary Care Associates seeks an Occupational Health Representative to support patient billing, data entry in the EHR, and invoicing tasks. The role emphasizes high-quality service, accuracy, and teamwork within a professional medical environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Input payment information or other financial data into customer accounts in EHR.
  • Generate invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to customers.
  • Work with the OrthoAlaska billing department to identify and correct billing errors.
  • Maintain workflow and organization.
  • Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts, inform accounts of any missed/late payments and coordinate payment.

Representative duties

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (in Addition To Required) Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in billing, business, or related field OR
  • Two (2) years of experience in occupational health or customer service
