You will analyze data, prepare reports, and coordinate with Quality Oversight to improve performance. A Bachelor's in Health Sciences or Human Services with 3+ years' experience is required, with a Master's preferred and strong knowledge of 29I and Health Homes audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Human Services with 3+ years of experience required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced qualifications.
• Experience with 29I and Health Homes audits and regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in health services provision to children, youth, and families.
• Strong communication, evaluation, analytics, and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine audits of health services programs to ensure regulatory mandates are met.
• Analyze data, records, and reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Prepare monthly compliance reports and quarterly Quality Oversight Committee materials.
• Conduct standing and ad-hoc audits including 29I foster care, health homes, medical audits, and CFTSS audits.
• Assist in accreditation preparation and response to corrective action plans.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and monitor regulatory changes.
