Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Compliance Site Manager to support the organization\'s compliance program. This role reports to the Compliance Director and maintains an on-site presence at a designated HFH hospital to advance ethics, integrity, and regulatory adherence.

You will collaborate with leaders, physicians, and staff to identify risk, promote accountability, and integrate compliance into daily operations while balancing policy requirements with patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years healthcare compliance experience, or 5+ years healthcare experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in a multi-hospital system (preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Henry Ford Health Compliance Program and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and staff to promote ethics, integrity and accountability.
• Maintain on-site presence at assigned HFH hospital to support engagement, risk identification and operational integration.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 2 years healthcare compliance experience

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Compliance Site Manager will report directly to the Compliance Director in executing the Henry Ford Health (HFH) Compliance Program. This role assists in ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and Compliance Program standards, while promoting a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. The Compliance Site Manager partners with leadership, physicians, and staff and maintains a consistent on-site presence at an assigned hospital to support compliance engagement, risk identification, and operational integration.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare compliance experience; OR
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Experience within a multi-hospital system (preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs, investigations, and applicable federal and state regulatory requirements
