The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking a compassionate Health Services Coordinator to oversee healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and waiver programs located in Lucas & Wood Counties, Ohio.

This full-time role focuses on coordinating medical appointments, managing medications, staff training, and ensuring physician orders are followed to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Healthcare, developmental disabilities, or human services experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and healthcare services
• Manage medications, MAR reviews, refills, and pharmacy communication
• Provide staff training and coaching
• Monitor health concerns and ensure compliance with physician orders
• Conduct medication audits and quality assurance reviews
• Communicate with physicians, guardians, and residential teams
• Participate in an on-call rotation
