Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience working in a consumer electronics technical environment, specifically within health sensing.
• 5 years of experience in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sensor hardware engineers, technologists, and scientists.
• Own the hardware lifecycle of health sensing systems (such as PPG, ECG, and bio-impedance) from initial concept to high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Algorithm and Software teams to ensure sensor signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) meets data-processing and machine-learning requirements.
• Be the subject matter expert for health sensors, including PPG and ECG sensors. Establish technical direction for next-generation health sensor systems, ensuring rigorous design and testing methodologies.
