Job summary

LCMC Health seeks an on-site patient services associate to welcome patients and provide directions and information across the hospital campus. You will ensure HIPAA-compliant information sharing and help improve patient satisfaction while addressing family needs with empathy.

In this role you will handle guest inquiries, escalate concerns through proper channels, and support a welcoming, compassionate environment across University Medical Center in New Orleans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 2 years of work experience.

• Provides patient information in compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies.
