Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Health Scientist I to support program evaluation, performance measurement, implementation assessment, and technical assistance for THEEB.

You will help plan evaluations, develop logic models and indicators, collect and analyze data, interpret findings, and prepare reports and presentations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in public health, evaluation, health science, program monitoring, or a related field.
• Experience conducting systematic assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes.
• Experience supporting evaluation plans, questions, indicators, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Experience developing or supporting logic models and program outcomes.
• Familiarity with implementation research concepts, process evaluation, and barriers/facilitators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic assessment of program inputs, activities, and outputs to determine value and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop evaluation plans, questions, indicators, and collect/analyze data to report findings.
• Develop program logic models and identify outcomes; facilitate partner meetings and training as needed.
• Support implementation research concepts and assess barriers and facilitators.
• Ensure compliance with government procedures and use of Microsoft Office tools.
