Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Health Scientist I to support program evaluation, performance measurement, implementation assessment, and technical assistance for THEEB.

You will assist with evaluation planning, logic models and indicators, data collection and analysis, interpretation of findings, and preparation of evaluation reports and presentations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in public health or related field and at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in public health, evaluation, or related field.
• Experience developing or supporting program logic models and indicators.
• Experience conducting systematic assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes.
• Experience supporting evaluation plans, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation planning, development of logic models and indicators, data collection and analysis.
• Prepare evaluation reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and assessing program processes, barriers, and facilitators.
• Engage in internal and external partner meetings and provide evaluation assistance or training.
• Maintain familiarity with CDC administrative systems and government procedures.
