Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of public health experience.
• Experience developing evaluation plans, indicators, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with implementation research concepts and process evaluation.
• Ability to work with government procedures and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic assessment of a program's inputs, activities, and outputs to improve value.
• Develop evaluation plans, indicators, collect/analyze data, interpret findings and report.
• Develop a logic model and identify outcomes; facilitate partner meetings.
• Provide evaluation assistance or training on methods and tools.
• Comply with government procedures and CDC administrative systems.
