Job summary

The Health Sciences Library's Research and Data Services (RDAS) Department at the University of Virginia invites a graduate student or upper-level undergraduate for a semester-based project. • Willingness to learn new skills
• Interest in text mining

Responsibilities

• Explore and document text mining workflows in ProQuest TDM Studio and Dimensions
• Conduct an environmental scan of libraries offering TDM services
• Complete a pilot workflow demonstration (e.g. topic modeling) to assess feasibility
• Provide documentation for project work (SharePoint/Teams; LibGuide content)
