Position Purpose | As part of the Health Sciences and Biomedical Libraries team, the Medical Education Lead Librarian supports education, research, and clinical care for the Geisel School of Medicine and Dartmouth Health (DH) communities. This role focuses on serving the medical students, particularly through the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) program representing the first four years of medical education culminating in the MD degree. The Medical Education Lead collaborates with colleagues across Dartmouth Libraries and Geisel to integrate library resources and services into the UME curriculum. The Medical Education Lead will utilize best practices in teaching, instructional design, and learning assessment to serve the evolving needs of the UME and other education programs at Geisel. This is a hybrid work location eligible position. |
