Hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote weeks, occasional travel for recruitment events, and a focus on diversity and qualified enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment strategies for health sciences programs.
• Represent the university at events and conferences.
• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Process applications and monitor progress in admissions systems.
• Provide timely information on requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
• Support onboarding and enrollment yield through effective communications.
• Collaborate with departments and faculty on admissions planning.
