Job summary

Savannah Technical College is seeking a 12-month full-time Health Science Core and CNA/PCT Instructor to teach Allied Health Core and Nurse Aide/Patient Care courses. The faculty will provide theory and practical instruction to prepare students for post-secondary programs or employment in health sciences.

Position requires supervision of students during patient care in clinical settings, with duties across day, evening, and weekend classes and travel to multiple Savannah campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to instructional excellence in health sciences.
• Ability to develop and assess course curricula and outcomes.
• Experience advising students and coordinating programs.

Responsibilities

• Instruct health science courses in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Prepare lesson plans and supervise clinical experiences.
• Advise and registerHealth Sciences students; participate in committees.
