Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support management and employees in reducing risk and achieving zero accidents. Implement the Amrize HSMS and strengthen HS competencies across the organization. The incumbent will guide management, staff and supervisors in building a strong H&S culture.

You will develop dashboards, lead audits, and ensure compliance with MSHA and regulatory standards across US operations, helping to drive continuous improvement and safer workplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational H&S or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in health & safety roles.
• Safety-related certification preferred.
• Experience with MSHA/WSIA/OHSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HS expertise to site management and supervisors.
• Define actions to implement long-term HS strategies.
• Lead site leadership to reduce incidents and improve safety culture.
• Develop dashboards to track safety KPIs.
• Lead safety audits and assist with regulatory compliance.
• Coach on incident investigations and safe working conditions.
