Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety Lead Auditor to drive safety compliance and continuous improvement across AWS Infrastructure Services.

You will plan, lead and execute audits, collaborate with Operations leaders, and report findings with actionable improvements. The role requires strong audit experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and flexibility to travel up to 50% across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience with risk management methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to communicate and facilitate corrective and preventive action development, implementation and follow-up.
• Direct experience leading large-scale operational auditing in datacenters, manufacturing, construction, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan for and execute H&S audits with business support functions.
• Lead a team of internal auditors and manage on-site verifications and self-assessments.
• Draft clear audit reports and guide management on corrective actions.
