Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor for a large automotive manufacturing facility in the Greater Nashville area to lead EH&S programs and strengthen the site’s safety culture.

You will manage two EH&S professionals, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, conduct audits and investigations, and partner with plant leadership to drive continuous safety improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Automotive manufacturing experience is required.
• EH&S experience in a large, fast-paced manufacturing plant is required.
• Previous supervisory or people-management experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to influence plant leadership and engage employees at all levels.
• Hands-on, visible leadership with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
