Spencer Ogden is partnering with a leading industrial EPC contractor to recruit an experienced HSE Professional to support construction activities at an active oil & gas facility.

The ideal candidate will ensure safe execution of construction while plant operations continue, including contractor oversight, permitting, LOTO, hot work, and daily field safety support; experience at midstream oil & gas facilities is highly preferred, with compressor stations, gas processing, pipelines or terminals

Qualifications

• Experience enforcing safety protocols on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, safety standards, and risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe execution of construction activities at an active oil & gas facility.
• Provide daily field safety support and contractor oversight, including LOTO and hot work management.

This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals with experience supporting industrial construction projects involving:

• Mechanical Piping
• Electrical & Instrumentation (I&E)
• Brownfield / Active Operating Facilities

We're specifically looking for candidates with experience at:

The ideal candidate has a strong background ensuring safe execution of construction activities while working alongside ongoing plant operations, including contractor oversight, permitting, LOTO, hot work, and daily field safety support.

Experience supporting construction activities within active midstream oil & gas facilities is highly preferred. Candidates with compressor station, gas processing, pipeline, or terminal project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
