Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, industrial engineering, safety management or similar program.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an EHS professional in a manufacturing environment, preferably metals manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ANSI, and Colorado Department of Health and Environment regulations.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach a common goal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Velocity/Intellaquest experience beneficial.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Train employees in formal and informal settings on EHS policies and best practices.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and identify hazards and abnormal conditions.

• Generate assessment documentation; incident, accident and environmental reporting; safety manuals.
• Report findings to management and applicable regulatory agencies.
• Stay updated on latest EHS trends, policies, regulations and best practices to improve metrics.
