Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 10–15 years direct experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safety programs to achieve zero incidents.
• Ensure OSHA compliance across local, state, and federal rules.
• Conduct safety performance reviews, investigations, and reporting.
• Develop department goals with the Safety Director and implement them.
• Provide leadership and training for staff and subcontractors.
• Present safety progress to Corporate Safety & Health leadership.
