You will manage the delivery of all HSE activities in a manufacturing facility or commercial areas (offices, Sales, Warehouses), including standards & procedures, capability processes, reporting, compliance, and audit. This involves defining and reviewing standards and legislation applicable to the site, validating HSE design into projects and modifications, and supporting work processes to improve HSE application and effectiveness. You will also map applicable legislation and standards, ensure ongoing compliance, and manage relationships with legal departments and authorities. Maintaining all HSE regulatory requirements for the plant is essential.

How you will contribute
  • Coordinate implementation of all HSE programs and processes. Prepare and build consensus for annual plans for facility-wide HSE initiatives.
  • Plan, budget, and control the annual capital budget for HSE to enable execution of the HSE plan and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Provide HSE expertise for new projects and change management activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to minimize or eliminate accidents and asset losses.
  • Ensure appropriate talent through training, mentoring, and succession planning; support development of Safety specialists.
  • Ensure standards compliance with company and governmental regulations.
  • Promote safety culture through training and coaching, ensuring standards and awareness are well understood across the plant.
What you will bring

Experience and knowledge in:

  • Managing HSE in manufacturing or commercial environments.
  • Team management, change management, and project management.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Health and Safety audit experience.
Additional Information

The salary range is $117,400 to $136,967, depending on experience and skills. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, holidays, and vacation.

Minimum qualifications include a 4-year degree in EHS Management or related field, 8+ years of EHS experience, 3+ years of management experience, and preferred certifications like CSP and Lean training.

Travel and Work Schedule
