Job summary

University of Florida is seeking a temporary full-time OPS Research Coordinator on the Main Campus in Gainesville, FL. The role focuses on participant recruitment, data collection, regulatory compliance, and coordination of imaging-related activities for NIH/IRB approved studies.

The candidate will manage study logistics, maintain data integrity, and assist with budgeting and communications among investigators and sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Behavior, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Public Health, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Two years of relevant experience in human subjects research.
Experience with project coordination, data management, and basic analysis techniques.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit and retain study participants; schedule and coordinate team members involved in testing.
Administer research procedures and assessments, including cognitive assessments and testing.
Coordinate day-to-day logistics for research projects, including scheduling of imaging visits.
Respond to participant and study-related emails and inquiries promptly.
Collect, enter, and manage study data; track project milestones with project management software.
Ensure regulatory compliance reporting and IRB filings; assist with sponsor invoicing and budgeting.
