Job summary

Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska seeks a Research Coordinator to assist the Medical Director with oversight of research activities, data management and study coordination in a rural health setting. You will supervise research staff, coordinate data queries, ensure data integrity, and report to sponsors and regulators while complying with study guidelines and applicable policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in health sciences, public health, or healthcare management.
• Minimum four years of public health data management experience; supervisory experience.
• Experience managing research studies and clinical trials.
• Certified in Good Clinical Practice and CITI Biomedical Research.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-cultural skills.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Medical Director with oversight of research activities.
• Manage data collection, data queries, and study data integrity.
• Supervise research staff and coordinate study activities.
• Ensure reporting accuracy to sponsors and regulatory bodies.
• Communicate with researchers and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
