Job summary

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska, seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician - Quality Assurance to coordinate QA aspects of the Outpatient Department. You will audit documentation for regulatory and billing accuracy, develop reporting and tracking tools, and support training initiatives.

Clinical duties such as screening, assessment and treatment planning may be required. Master’s degree in a social services field and extensive supervisory experience are required, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a social services field approved by the Division of Behavioral Health.
• Ten years Behavioral Health experience with five years supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality assurance aspects of the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department.
• Audit outpatient behavioral health documents for regulatory, accreditation, and billing compliance.
• Develop reporting and tracking procedures to monitor staff compliance and training.
• Clinical services such as screening, assessment, treatment planning and therapy may be required.
