Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, informatics, data systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in health, informatics, data systems, or related fields.
• Ability to reconcile competing interests within programmatic and budgetary constraints.
• Policy research and data analytics skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including providers and state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement state delivery system reform initiatives, health information technology, and data integration projects.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders including providers and state agencies.
• Manage HIT-HIE projects and coordinate related activities.
• Conduct policy research and analysis to inform reform efforts.
• Produce communications about Vermont's integrated health care reform efforts for diverse audiences.
