Job summary

State of Vermont seeks a Health Reform Portfolio Director II to lead and coordinate health reform initiatives, coordinating with HIT-HIE teams and state partners to ensure timely delivery.

You will develop partnerships, support procurement grants, and produce analytic policy guidance to inform investment decisions and program design. The role reports to the Health Services Agency and involves cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in health, informatics, data systems, or related fields and at least two years of experience in health, informatics, data systems, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on HIT-HIE project management to roll out initiatives.
• Support data integration and analytics for health care reform efforts.
• Develop procurement grant agreements and scope of work.
• Provide policy research and synthesize literature to inform investments and policy.
• Produce communication materials for diverse audiences including providers, the public, and lawmakers.
