Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level Release of Information (ROI) associate to process medical record requests at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, WI. You will ensure timely, accurate releases while protecting patient privacy under HIPAA regulations.

The role requires basic computer skills, detail-oriented data entry, and the ability to work onsite full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST). You will handle requests and support administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and accuracy in handling patient information.
• Professional verbal and written English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests ensuring HIPAA compliance and privacy.
