Job summary

El Centro Family Health is seeking a Health Programs Manager in Las Vegas, New Mexico. The successful candidate will assist the Health Programs Director in achieving departmental goals, supervise Health Educators and Community Health Workers, and deliver high-quality health education.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in health education, at least 3 years of experience in the field, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. Benefits include medical insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience as a health educator in clinical or public health setting.
• Supervisory and program management experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Health Programs Director in achieving departmental goals.
• Supervise Health Educators and Community Health Workers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and health education.

Skills

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate proficiency with PC hardware and MS Office

Ability to train and evaluate team members
