Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Two years of progressive social service support experience.
• At least one year in a related technical or functional area.
• Hands-on experience with Tribal or State programs.
• Ability to query-driven databases and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Health Systems Development with project coordination.
• Schedule site visits and arrange staff travel and training sessions.
• Develop newsletters and educational materials for program initiatives.
• Collect data and distribute needs assessments and surveys.
• Assist with fiscal duties and reimbursements for Tribal centers.
• Support annual conferences and monitor software licenses.
• Perform special projects and maintain attendance records.
