Jobtailor is seeking a Care Management Support Associate in Colorado to serve as the first point of contact between care programs and identified members. The role manages enrollment and engagement calls, gathering relevant information by phone, and guiding inquiries to clinical staff.

The position emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and the ability to persuade members to participate in care programs. A HS diploma and customer service experience are required, with strong data entry skills

Qualifications

• HS diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a telesales or customer service role.
• Computer/keyboard proficiency strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of company products, services and benefits preferred.
