What you will be doing:
In this position, you will work with the Health Program Manager II to manage the application review and eligibility determination procedures of the General Relief Program. This includes reviewing applications for services, eligibility determinations, and invoice processing. In this role, you will be required to supervise two Senior Service Technicians and collaborate with a Health Program Manager I who liaises with service providers. You will work closely with other members in both the Division and the Department of Health.

Progressively responsible paraprofessional experience supporting a health and social service program and delivery system; applying requisite rules, regulations, and terminology used in the work; completing medical billing, medical claims, medical transcriptions, and/or medical coding; and/or using computer applications, databases, and reporting systems required to process, store, and maintain data and information subject to privacy and confidentiality laws and rules.
