Job summary

Heluna Health is seeking a Health Program Analyst I to support the RAD team within the Office of Diversion and Reentry. The analyst will liaise between contracted providers and the Los Angeles Superior Court, ensuring timely communication of hearing dates, progress reports, and court notifications.

The role involves analyzing referral and housing data, monitoring resource use, improving referral workflows, and supporting PSH resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Healthcare Administration/Management, Public Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field --AND-- two years of direct professional experience with homelessness, mental illness, or justice involvement.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of the required experience in option I.
• Option II requires four years of direct professional experience with the target populations.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure timely submission of reports to the Los Angeles Superior Court in collaboration with providers.
• Track referrals from receipt through disposition, placement, enrollment, or other outcomes.
• Monitor referral workflows and identify delays or barriers to timely access to services.
• Maintain and update referral tracking systems and client records.
• Review referral information for completeness and accuracy and orient detained clients to the program.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve data discrepancies and update records.
• Develop standardized tracking tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analytical reports and dashboards.
• Participate in special projects and cross-team initiatives.
• Collaborate with program teams to support referral and access activities.
• Attend meetings and workgroups related to referral processes and performance improvement.
