Job summary

State of Maryland - MDH Med Care Prgms - MMIS II Enhancements seeks a full-time analyst to evaluate and develop provider policies addressing high-priority projects. You will research, prepare reports, and coordinate with Medicaid staff across agencies to implement policy initiatives.

You will work closely with the Director of Medicaid Provider Services and MDH executives, communicating policy needs for implementation decisions and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience performing qualitative or quantitative analysis.
• Ability to summarize complex health care policies clearly.
• Experience communicating with internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and develop provider policies and programs for high-priority projects.
• Prepare reports summarizing research findings and policy rationale.
• Coordinate data-driven analysis across MDH Administrations for policy implementation.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration with Medicaid Provider Services executives.
