Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Bilingual Spanish requested but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and sell Imperial products using approved scripts.
• Assist with broker inquiries and related Book of business requests and commissions inquiries.
• Go off-script when needed to build relationships and answer questions not covered by scripts.
• Advise prospective and current members about Imperial products and services.
• Update databases with new information and back up data to protect PHI.
