Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related administrative field.
• Or a high school diploma/GED with two years' related experience.
• Proficiency with MS-Office, automation tools, and other business software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience with HMO, PPO, TPA, and managed care functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system logs and follow up with users on open issues.
• Advise department reporting and support special projects.
• Use analytics to monitor claims payment performance and identify trends.
• Maintain payment analytics dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze claims datasets to find root causes of overpayments and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce rework and improve efficiency.
• Take and maintain minutes of committees and prepare reports.
• Liaise with internal and external departments.
