Job summary

McLaren Health Plan (MHP) is seeking an Operations Analyst to combine executive support with hands-on operational execution across the health plan. The role ensures alignment on goals, manages executive communications, and advances priority initiatives with discretion and accuracy.

You will work with leaders across departments to develop policies, maintain reports, and support high-visibility projects that improve performance and service for members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or GED with 2 years in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in an office environment related to customer service.
• Proficiency with computer applications, MS-Office, automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, reviews, and manages system logs and follows up on open issues.
• Serves in an advisory role to departmental reporting and special projects.
• Utilizes analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Maintains payment dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to measure performance and accuracy.
• Analyze datasets to uncover root causes of issues and drive process improvements.
• Assist with workflows, resolving discrepancies and bottlenecks to improve turnaround times.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and operational efficiency.
