Job summary

Better Health Group in Florida is seeking a Health Plan Liaison to strengthen our relationship with Health Plan representatives. The role reports to the Manager Core Ops and focuses on onboarding health plans and supporting the annual AEP process.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of tasks, maintain Health Plan Resources, and support credentialing activities while resolving PCP office-specific issues.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Health Plan onboarding and support service areas.
• Support annual AEP process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete items.
• Create and update Health Plan Resources documents and guides.
• Act as a point of contact resolving PCP office-specific issues.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
• Support Credentialing team with Provider Office Maintenance.
• Assist Health Plan Joint Operations Committees and track items.
• Additional duties as assigned.
