Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1.5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a professional and courteous manner and handle routine inquiries.
• Resolve basic and routine program-related inquiries efficiently.
• Screen and direct requests and calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Provide information about care management programs and assist members in enrollment or access to resources.
