Job summary

JP McHale Pest Management LLC is seeking a Special Services Technician in Southampton, NY. This role involves evaluating and delivering pest-related specialty services including mold abetment and airduct cleaning, with a focus on community health and customer satisfaction.

You will work Mon-Fri starting at 5:30am, drive company vehicles, and collaborate with Wildlife/Canine teams to provide comprehensive pest control solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PestPac Software knowledge a plus.
• 0+ years of pest control experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Administers contracted pest control services including mold abetment, airduct cleaning, rodent exclusion, dehumidification, disinfecting, insulation, or reconstruction.
• Accurately complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Build long-term relationships by offering customized pest control solutions.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service during visits.
