JP McHale Pest Management LLC in Buchanan, NY is seeking a Special Services Field Supervisor to oversee a field team delivering mold remediation, air duct cleaning, rodent exclusion, dehumidification, disinfection, insulation, and reconstruction services. You will conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets standards and drive client satisfaction.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires 3–5+ years of field management, 2+ years in pest control or related fields, and proficiency

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Two+ years in a customer service role.
• 2+ years in Pest Control, Termite, or Wildlife control and construction.
• 3–5+ years managing a field team.
• Experience with PestPac Software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead a service team of technicians.
• Schedule routes and ensure coverage during peak periods.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and offer customized solutions.
• Coordinate with Wildlife Services for wildlife trapping and exclusion, and with Canine handler for bed bug work.
• Ensure safety and adherence to OSHA/FIFA policies and company procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
• Lead regular service team meetings and coach staff.
