Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County in Lauderhill, FL, seeks a Health & Physical Education Coordinator for full-time duties. The role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on health education, sports activities, and youth programming within the club.

The incumbent ensures safety, positive leadership, and effective program delivery. Responsibilities include planning health and PE activities, supervising staff and volunteers, and partnering with the community to promote the club’s core

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children in a full-time position.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Club Director and Program Manager in planning and organizing the program of the Club.
• Maintain Bulletin Board for areas of responsibility and post health and hygiene information.
• Stimulate interest and participation in Community Events.
• Manage all grants and deliverables relevant to the Club.
