North Branch Area Public Schools is looking for a Health Office Clerk. This is a 9 month, 40 hours per week, school year position with benefits. You will work up to 195 days per year. This position will work at multiple buildings and is currently for the 2026-2027 school year only.
Provide appropriate health care services to students including first aid, emergency care and the dispensing of medications according to school district policy and under the direction of the school nurse. Keep health room records, communicate with principal/school nurse, schedule and assist with screenings and immunization clinics, and assure the smooth and efficient operation of the health services department. This position also includes front office support and assessment support.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in healthcare field preferred;Work with computers and data entry/processing desired
First Aid/CPR
$17.66 to $23.35 per hour depending on qualifications and experience (2025-2026 Salary Schedule)
