SAU 16 is seeking a Health Office Assistant to support students in the health office, assist with attendance, and relieve certified staff from non-professional duties to support curriculum and programs.
The role involves logging student visits, handling calls, distributing documents, maintaining records, and stocking supplies, with duties including supervision of students during non-classroom activities. Non-exempt, full-time position available.
Under the direct supervision of the nurse and administration, to assist with students in the Health Office, complete daily school attendance, and to free certified professional employees from non-professional duties to enable them to make a contribution to other aspects of the educational program, such as curriculum development.
