Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Division Chief, faculty, and fellows; coordinate meetings and prepare reports.
• Assist with accreditation materials, rotation goals, and regulatory changes.
• Manage office workload by responding to inquiries and interpreting policies and procedures.
• Prepare rotation schedules and coordinate annual fellowship recruitment processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, gather data from ERAS, and communicate with recruits via phone, in person, and email.
• Maintain program website and alumni database; support faculty recruitment and hiring as needed.
